  • Scrapers + RSS ingestion for public RFP feeds (municipality, state, federal)
  • AI-classification of each bid: relevant trade, size, geographic fit
  • Operator dashboard with daily digest + bid-by-bid drill-down
  • Match-scoring per operator profile (geography + trade + size band)
  • Saved-search alerts: pings when a high-match bid posts

Outcomes

  • Live RFP-radar SaaS in 5 days vs ~8 weeks of typical B2B SaaS dev
  • AI classification eliminates ~85% of irrelevant bids before they hit the operator's inbox
  • Saved-search alerts firing on day 1 — no SQL written by hand
