What we built
- Knowledge-base ingestion layer (markdown + structured docs → vector store)
- Routing engine that decides which agent answers which question, against the canonical record
- Tenant/role permissions: each operator sees only their workspace
- Edge functions for low-latency RAG queries against Supabase pgvector
- Admin dashboard for KB curation + agent observability
Outcomes

- First operator KB ingested + answering within 48 hours of build start
- Zero hand-rolled auth — Lovable + Supabase out of the box
